Radio-Canada’s Le 15-18 explains why home buyers are attracted to Pierrefonds-Roxboro

“The Pierrefonds-Roxboro borough is not well known to Montrealers,” said journalist Danny Braun. “This is, however, the area with the largest number of residents owning their homes or condominiums,” reported Radio-Canada’s Le 15-18 on Friday. Indeed, seven out of every ten borough residents are homeowners, the highest rate among the 19 boroughs in Montréal.

The reporter for the program accordingly sought to understand the neighbourhood’s assets from the point of view of property owners. He spoke to a local real-estate broker, Amir Latif, and Elisabeth Liston, Head of Communications and Marketing at the Société d’habitation et de développement de Montréal about the BORO project, currently under construction at 10,438 Boulevard Gouin Ouest.

Listen to this segment of the program to familiarize yourself with the borough and its assets, such as the many green spaces, schools and municipal facilities and its accessibility by public transportation.
