Alinéa
A project focusing on public transport and comprising 108 accredited Accès Condos units
Encompassing a total of 108 condominiums spread over ten floors, the Alinéa project was completed in 2013. Architecturally speaking, the combination of earthy grey and red colours, mixed with metal, brick and polished glass, gives a very modern look to the building. The cubic structures which are grafted to the set and the interspersed loggia type balconies make for a bold architectural quality.

A condominium project with a well thought out lifestyle
Located at the intersection of Industriel and Pie-IX boulevards and right across from the Saint-Michel – Montréal Nord train station that opened in November 2014, the Alinéa is at the crossroads of several public transport routes. It is also located near three Communauto parking lots and an expanding network of bike paths.
Alinéa, a flagship project for the renewal of the Montréal-Nord neighbourhood
The Alinéa project foreshadows the revitalization of the Montréal-Nord borough. It is part of a greater endeavour called “Montréal-Nord 2020”, a public initiative that aims to give the borough a modern, greener, dynamic, attractive and friendly look.
